Your first few month Lead and coach a team of recruitment consultants across Auckland and Wellington Build trusted, long‑term relationships with a portfolio of schools and education partners Stay close to delivery by managing your own 360 recruitment desk alongside team oversight Support the team with same‑day and short‑notice staffing requests in a fast‑paced environment Strengthen educator pipelines, availability, engagement, and compliance Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery to schools and educators Embed best‑practice use of systems, processes, and workflows Drive a positive, solutions looking team culture grounded in ANZUK’s values From there, you’ll have the opportunity to Progress into senior leadership roles within our Schools division or across other Education divisions Expand your influence across markets, portfolios, or operational leadership Take part in broader strategic initiatives and succession planning Build a long-term career within ANZUK’s Education divisions About you You thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments where responsiveness and judgment matter. You enjoy being relied upon - not just to deliver, but to lead. You likely bring Proven experience in temporary recruitment, ideally in a fast‑moving, time‑critical environment Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching recruiters or delivery teams Strong commercial acumen and confidence working to operational and financial metrics The ability to prioritise quickly and make sound decisions under pressure Excellent communication skills and confidence having clear, solutions‑focused conversations Comfort using recruitment systems, CRMs, and booking platforms Exposure to education, workforce coordination, or high‑volume temp staffing (highly regarded) Most importantly, you take ownership, build genuine relationships, and show up with a practical, positive attitude when things get busy.
