We are seeking a Sonographer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, working across Tweed Heads, Burleigh Waters and Southport locations. In this role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a broad caseload, with vascular experience highly regarded. You will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely imaging, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and clinical excellence. Clinical responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Performing high-quality ultrasound examinations across multiple modalities • Acquiring accurate diagnostic images and measurements in line with protocols • Recognising abnormal and urgent findings and escalating where required • Optimising imaging techniques based on patient presentation and clinical indication • Maintaining strong anatomical knowledge and applying this to sonographic practice • Ensuring infection prevention and control standards are upheld • Communicating effectively with radiologists, referrers and the wider clinical team • Maintaining clinical documentation and adhering to governance requirements • Safe operation and basic troubleshooting of ultrasound equipment • Applying knowledge of ultrasound physics and artefact recognition What’s in it for you? • Competitive remuneration package with employee benefits • Exposure to a diverse caseload across a multi-site network • Opportunity to further develop skills across modalities, including vascular • Access to modern, state-of-the-art equipment and systems • Supportive and collaborative team culture • Opportunities for cross-site collaboration and ongoing professional development What’s it like working in Tweed Heads / Gold Coast?
