This role is responsible for the effective delivery of day-to-day technical facilities management, with a strong focus on equipment service, support, and maintenance. The position ensures all systems operate efficiently while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and safety requirements. Key Accountabilities Supervise and coordinate preventative maintenance activities. Maintain equipment and facilities in accordance with approved standards. Assist in identifying system improvements and upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and assist junior staff where required. Skills and Experience 5 Yeas min experience in facilities maintenance or technical services – Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with BMS or EMS, critical infrastructure, Data Centre equipment – CRAC units, UPS, Generators, Fire HV Electrical Switching Certification Qualifications Relevant technical certifications trade qualifications – Electrical – Refrigeration – Mechanical - Fire (cert III and above) A-Grade Electrical License Knowledge of safety and compliance standards. First Aid certification (desirable). Other Requirements Ability to work flexible hours where required – Rotational Shift – 24/7 Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain necessary security clearances - Australian Citizen
