We’re looking for a commercially sharp, brand-led Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of global growth for a fast-moving, digitally native fashion brand - with a strong focus on scaling in the USA. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a fashion brand shows up on the global stage. You’ll define the strategy that builds brand chatter, drives international expansion, and creates meaningful, lasting connections with a digital-first audience. Sitting at the centre of the business, you’ll lead a high-performing team across brand, social, and creative, while working closely with Digital, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver campaigns that don’t just look good - but drive real results. What You’ll Own Define and execute a global marketing strategy, with a key focus on US expansion and high-growth international markets Lead a brand-first, social-led approach that builds cultural relevance, engagement, and long-term customer value Elevate creative output across all channels, delivering standout, best-in-class campaigns Drive international growth by identifying opportunities in both established and emerging markets Use data and insights to localise strategies while maintaining a strong, consistent global brand Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability Partner cross-functionally with Digital, eCommerce, Product, and Operations to align brand activity with commercial outcomes What You Bring Proven experience at Head of Marketing level (or equivalent), ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle A strong track record of building brand-led strategies that deliver both cultural impact and commercial growth Experience scaling brands internationally, particularly within the US market Deep understanding of social-first marketing and engaging a digital-native audience A natural leader who can inspire teams and elevate performance Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect marketing investment to revenue and growth Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments Why join our client: Opportunity to take real ownership to build a globally relevant fashion brand, lead with creativity, and drive meaningful growth at scale.
