We are seeking experienced Process & Production staff for casual ongoing positions Monday to Friday up to 38 hours within the Food Manufacturing sector. These roles all vary and will rotate between various departments whilst contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of their production and packaging facility. Immediate start for successful applicants. Reporting to the Production Manager and the Production Supervisors, you will be responsible for: Following safety management systems to prevent incidents and drive continuous improvement. Complying with HACCP and GMP standards. Working with high-volume food manufacturing, processing, and packaging equipment. Flexibility to work across multiple production rooms Previous experience in food manufacturing across production & packaging operations. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols. Effective communication and organisational skills. Are punctual and self-motivated Can work autonomously when needed Have good communication and teamwork skills Are physically fit and comfortable on your feet for extended periods Operate production machinery and conveyor belts Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning. Conducting quality control, monitor weigh & x-ray checks. Regularly conduct weight and metal checks. Complete relevant production paperwork as required. Maintain a clean workstation, production area, and machinery. Adhere to company Food Safety & Quality Policies and procedures.
