This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent statutory authority delivering an essential consumer protection and dispute resolution service within the energy and water sectors. Working closely with senior leadership, including the General Manager and Executive Management Group, you will contribute to high-impact projects that shape consumer protection frameworks and organisational strategy. What you’ll be doing Proactively scanning, collecting and analysing external information to identify trends and emerging issues Providing timely, high-quality strategic advice to senior leadership Researching developments in products, services and regulatory environments affecting the energy and water sectors Identifying risks, opportunities and sector-wide changes Critically analysing complex policy issues and presenting clear, evidence-based findings Supporting policy submissions and executive briefings Collaborating across policy and analytics functions to deliver integrated insights and reporting This is a Part-Time role, 3 days pw 20 – 25 hours (flexible on hours).
