The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of manufacturing and operational functions, ensuring custom aluminium window and door orders are produced, managed, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, problem-solving, and building strong teams, while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and customer outcomes.
