This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that has a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across New South Wales. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture on site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to address any issues and keep the project on track. Manage site documentation, including daily logs, safety records, and material orders Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on construction projects, with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Principle contractor. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
