Position Summary: •Serves as the primary Business Analyst and single point of contact for the business analysis track on Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation and enhancement projects within the P&C Insurance domain. •Responsible for end-to-end requirements management — from elicitation through delivery. •Driving business requirement and solutioning workshops, defining processes and frameworks, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle. •Should have hands-on experience in Guidewire (any suite). •Elaborates requirements •Drives business requirement workshops •Drives business solutioning workshops •Sets business processes, guidelines, frameworks •Typically acts as a single point of contact for business analysis track •Guides the delivery team during development •Reviews developed user stories •Demos work results to the Product Owner and other Stakeholders Mandatory Skills: •Hands-on (significant) experience in Guidewire Suite, with strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter — Functional, Configuration & Integration. •Proven business analysis skills in P&C Insurance domain with an IT background. •Proficiency in creating requirements artifacts: BRD, FSD, Use Cases, and User Stories. •Extensive experience in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. •Strong facilitation skills for business requirement and solutioning workshops. •Ability to define and set business processes, guidelines, and frameworks. •Experience in effort estimation, impact analysis, and feasibility assessment. •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities: •Elaborate requirements and drive business requirement workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements. •Drive business solutioning workshops and collaborate with architects and development teams on feasible solutions within Guidewire ClaimCenter. •Act as the single point of contact for the business analysis track, managing all BA deliverables and communications. •Set and enforce business processes, guidelines, and frameworks for the engagement. •Create and maintain requirements artifacts including BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and user stories. •Guide the delivery team during development and review developed user stories for completeness and accuracy. •Demo work results to the Product Owner and other stakeholders; conduct walkthrough sessions for development and testing teams. •Perform impact analysis for functional changes; support effort estimation and project planning inputs (tasks, estimates, schedule, dependencies, risks). •Provide status inputs, track metrics, and support the Project Manager with weekly reporting, audits, and documentation.
