About the Role Reporting to a national executive leader, the State Manager oversees sales, operational delivery, customer service, and people leadership across a network of branches and functional teams. This role is accountable for: Driving revenue, margin and growth outcomes, supported by clear planning and targeted execution Leading, coaching and developing regional, commercial and customer-facing teams Translating strategy into practical, measurable results Ensuring high service standards, including hands‑on involvement in complex customer or operational issues when required Representing the region internally and externally, building constructive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and broader market Partnering closely with national functions such as operations, supply chain, finance, people & culture, product, marketing and service to ensure alignment and delivery About You You are an experienced leader who thrives in a multi‑site, customer‑focused, commercially driven environment.
