Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Team Leader to oversee a 24/7 supported living home within a disability services environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide and mentor Disability Support Workers while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care aligned with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational compliance requirements. You’ll be responsible for service delivery, workforce planning, roster management, quality assurance, and risk management — ensuring participants are supported to achieve their goals in a safe, empowering and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of Disability Support Workers Ensure delivery of person-centred active support Manage staffing levels, rostering and workforce planning Monitor house budgets and service performance targets Oversee incident management, RiskMan reporting and documentation Drive quality improvement and compliance with NDIS standards Support client admissions, transitions and care planning Coach, mentor and performance manage team members Ensure mandatory training compliance and skill mix About You To be successful, you will bring: Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care Minimum 3 years’ experience in disability or community services Previous team leadership or senior support worker experience Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance Experience in roster management and workforce coordination Sound understanding of risk management and incident reporting Current NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid Certificate Current Driver’s Licence A Diploma qualification and experience managing budgets or performance KPIs will be highly regarded.
