Building Manager – Portfolio Role Sutherland Shire Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 Package Vehicle Location: Sydney – Sutherland Shire Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Building Manager to join a dynamic and client-focused team delivering high-quality facilities and building management services across a portfolio of three residential sites. This role offers variety and autonomy, with time split across three buildings to create a full-time position. You will be primarily based 20 hours per week on 1 sire with 10 hours per week at 2 sites within driving distance. Vehicle provided and Travel expenses/allowance between sites will be covered. You will work closely with owners, committees and service providers to ensure each building is maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent service to residents and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all contractors on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard Ensure all building procedures and operational processes are maintained and followed Liaise with Owners, Executive Committee members and service providers Assist with annual expenditure planning and budget guidance Prepare and present monthly building reports Maintain accurate documentation, records and compliance requirements Attend Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) as required Support the overall facilities, contract and administration management of the buildings About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring strong Building Management experience and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across several sites.
