The Consumer Brands team is one of TikTok's most strategically important verticals. The team partners with iconic global brands across Tech, Pet, Food & Beverage & QSR. The role focuses on strategically-led partnerships and high-growth opportunities within the consumer brands space. About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Partner to join our team. TikTok's Client Partners are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Responsibilities - Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities. - Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients. - Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients. - Create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for respective regions. - Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives. - Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. - Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies. - Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service. - Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices. Minimum Qualifications - 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales, brand advertising, and/or online advertising. Strong and relevant experience and connections. - Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing. Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying. - Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals. - Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. - Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist. Excellent communication and presentation skills. - A team player and collaborator. - Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with creator or user-generated content (UGC) driven content. - Familiarity with marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality, or measurement strategies. - Ability to lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) or joint business plans with senior stakeholders. - Global campaign management or regional experience is preferable.
