About This Role Your new Role: The Senior Medical Officer delivers advanced urgent care for patients with minor injuries and illnesses in the Minor Injury and Illness Clinic, providing safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, ensuring effective handover, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to clinical leadership, governance and quality improvement, supports service development, supervises and mentors junior medical staff, and participates in teaching, research and ongoing professional development. About You You are an experienced and patient-focused medical practitioner who thrives in a collaborative urgent care environment and is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care, leadership, and continuous improvement. You will have: Demonstrated experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or general practice, managing a broad range of minor injuries and acute illnesses. Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centred care while maintaining clinical excellence and professionalism. Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills in a fast-paced environment.
