The Role We are looking for an experienced spray painter OR a recently qualified apprentice to join our team. This role suits someone who is motivated to earn good money, takes pride in their work, and wants to be rewarded for their effort and output. Pay Structure Clarity 《 Experienced Spray Painter 》 Hourly rate based on experience: $40–$45/hr Eligible for performance incentives with strong earning potential 《 Newly Qualified / Apprentice-Level 》 Starting rate: $35/hr Wage increases reviewed and adjusted based on performance and progression What We’re Looking For • Experienced automotive spray painter or newly qualified apprentice • Strong work ethic and reliability • High attention to detail and quality finish • Motivated to produce quality work and earn well • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of panel beating is a bonus ⚠️ Please Note This role is suited to experienced painters or newly qualified apprentices only.
