About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mandarin-speaking HR Administrator to join our team in Auburn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supporting end-to-end HR admin functions while liaising with both English and Mandarin-speaking internally and externally. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the business Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR correspondence Support onboarding and offboarding processes Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Mandarin Assist with payroll coordination and leave management Handle any ad-hoc suties as required About You Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal) Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in an HR administrative or HR Coordinator role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive attitude and a team player Valid driver's licence and access to a car (essential due to office location) Work Arrangement This is a full-time, 5 days per week on-site position in Auburn Due to the office location, public transport access is limited, and you will need your own car to commute What's on Offer Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow your HR career Exposure to a diverse and multicultural workplace How to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume via the apply button or contact us for a confidential discussion.
