About the Role We are seeking an experienced Delivery / Project Management / PMO Lead to play a critical leadership role on a large, complex capital infrastructure program within the transport and energy transition space.This role sits at the intersection of program delivery, governance, commercial management and stakeholder leadership, providing oversight across multiple workstreams in a live operational, brownfield environment. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to performance expectations, while uplifting delivery maturity across client and partner organisations. Key Responsibilities Provide senior leadership across delivery, PMO and governance functions for a multiworkstream capital program valued in excess of $200m Establish and manage governance frameworks, stagegate processes, performance reporting systems and portfoliolevel risk controls Lead and integrate delivery partners across Managing Contractor, D&C and supply arrangements Drive strong commercial outcomes, including change control, contract strategy and supplier performance management Provide strategic oversight of schedule, cost, risk and reporting functions using enterprise PMO systems Lead safety performance across complex, live operational and brownfield environments, setting clear expectations and standards Uplift capability across client organisations and delivery partners through coaching, systems and bestpractice processes Engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders including government agencies, operators, OEMs, utilities, regulators, councils and community stakeholders Ensure all project documentation, approvals and communications are clear, concise and fitforpurpose Skills & Experience Minimum 15 years experience delivering complex capital infrastructure projects Proven leadership of major programs ($200m), ideally in public transport, electrification or critical infrastructure Strong experience in brownfield delivery and live operational environments Demonstrated expertise in: Delivery governance and PMO frameworks Portfoliolevel risk management Commercial and contract management Performance reporting and assurance Proven ability to establish highfunctioning, collaborative delivery cultures Exceptional stakeholder engagement and seniorlevel communication capability High proficiency in Power BI, Primavera P6 or MS Project, enterprise risk systems and Microsoft 365 Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline Professional certification such as CPEng, PMP or PgMP (preferred) PMO or portfolio management training highly regarded Whats on Offer Leadership role on a highprofile, cityshaping infrastructure program Opportunity to influence delivery at a portfolio and strategic level Collaborative, valuesdriven environment with strong executive visibility Competitive remuneration aligned to senior experience 2987416
