Trades & Services Cleaner Melbourne Permanent / Full Time We are an international Facilities Management organisation looking for Experienced cleaners to work in 305 Grattan st, Melbourne Vic 3000. The ideal applicants will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard. There are multiple Part-time , and Casual position available. Role 2xPart-Time - Monday to Friday Casual - Monday to Friday Daily duties will include but not be limited to: Perform cleaning duties for office spaces, kitchen areas, amenities and common areas according to the provided schedule. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed. Dust surfaces, including desks, shelves, and equipment. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as break rooms and corridors. Always follow safety guidelines and procedures. Applicants must have Cleaning Experience in various aspects of cleaning Flu Vaccine mandatory or be willing to obtain a flu vaccination Car and Driver's Licence Knowledge of chemical use and PPE Understanding of OHS practices Well presented and ability to follow safety instructions Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia Good communication skills For the right applicants, we provide uniforms and full training.
