As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Anglicare’s retirement living sales outcomes across new developments and resales. You’ll collaborate closely with Village Managers, Marketing, Property, Care and Finance teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong sales results across a high value portfolio. Your Opportunity This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in and around the Sydney Metropolitan Region. In this role, you will manage complex, long-cycle sales pipelines, build trusted relationships with prospective residents and their families, and help shape how Anglicare supports older people through the retirement living journey. With strong communication, commercial acumen and stakeholder management, you will: Sales Strategy & Portfolio Management Contribute to annual sales strategy planning and monthly performance reviews Support sales success for new developments, including presales and launch coordination Use customer insights to help inform development planning and service offerings Manage the full sales process across multiple high value sites Customer Relationship Management Provide clear, supportive and timely information to prospective residents, families and advisers Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours to maintain a premium customer experience Build strong community connections through presentations, networking and local outreach Ensure every customer is guided confidently through contracts, financial models and lifestyle options Financial and Operational Delivery Support the achievement of annual revenue and occupancy targets Ensure accurate preparation and execution of contracts Maintain detailed sales reports including reservations, occupancy trends and conversions Provide weekly and monthly Scorecard reporting using ‘So What’ storytelling Use CRM and lead management systems to track and manage all customer interactions Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Village Managers, Care, Marketing, Finance, and Property teams Participate in project meetings to support new developments and product offerings Maintain awareness of competitor trends and market conditions What You will Bring You are an experienced property or retirement living sales professional who thrives in relationship driven environments. You enjoy guiding people through major life decisions and are motivated by driving outcomes with purpose and compassion. You will also need: Minimum 5 years’ experience in retirement living or high value property sales Proven track record of achieving multimillion dollar sales outcomes Strong negotiation, communication and customer engagement skills Experience managing complex, long cycle sales pipelines A current driver’s licence and own car Desirable Skills Understanding of retirement living legislation, financial models and membership model benefits Strong presentation and public speaking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms You will succeed if you are: Relationship driven and customer focused Highly organised with excellent follow-through Skilled at building trust with diverse stakeholders Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Motivated by Anglicare’s mission and values Why Anglicare?
