About the role… We’re seeking an energetic and engaging Casual First Aid Trainer. This is a casual role, hours as needed and there will be travel between sites. You will be required to deliver accredited First Aid courses. Must hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, along with demonstrated experience in emergency services or a clinical setting (such as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic background). Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging face-to-face training in group classroom settings Facilitate learning through discussion, demonstration and hands-on activities Conduct assessments and ensure compliance with training and assessment requirements Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning culture Monitor and document learner progress accurately Stay current with industry practices and regulatory standards About you… You’re passionate about developing others and thrive in a classroom environment. You are organised, confident in front of a class, and committed to delivering high-quality, compliant training.
