Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing. Mix and apply epoxy coatings according to specifications. Ensure proper installation techniques to achieve a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Proven minimum 3 years' experience in painting and/or epoxy flooring installation Knowledge of epoxy products and application methods. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
