Fortune Global 500 ???????????????? ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????UPS ?????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Hours 7am - 3pm · Investigations daily to locate delivery information · Accurate entry & reporting of data · Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information · Cross reference agent paperwork / logs · Providing tracking explanations to internal enquires via email · Customer service contact providing tracking explanations to customers · Complete address change information for packages when required · Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures · Daily creation of driver's manifests · Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS · Ability to analyse information to see the whole picture. · Excellent attention to detail · Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications · Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday · Strong organizational and time management skills · Must be reliable & flexible to changes. · Customer service experience Customer Focus · Previous experience in an operational environment ?????: ??
