This is a permanent full‑time role, working Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 3.06pm, reporting to the Property Services Team Leader. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our home is safe, well‑maintained, and presented to a high standard, supporting the wellbeing of residents, staff, and visitors. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance services across the home, while ensuring compliance with safety and aged care standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating and completing preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs across the site Managing and liaising with external contractors and suppliers Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety legislation and building standards Maintaining accurate maintenance records and logs Supporting audits and compliance activities, including Aged Care Quality Standards Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well‑presented environment for residents and staff About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A trade qualification (highly desirable) or Certificate IV in Maintenance / Building Services Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or building services role Demonstrated experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements Excellent time‑management and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team A commitment to respecting the values, preferences, and spiritual beliefs of residents What We Offer At Catholic Healthcare, we recognise our people as our greatest asset and offer a supportive and values‑driven workplace.
