The Role The Collections Officer will be sitting within a dynamic team who are results driven whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. In this role you will be responsible for: Handling high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls Providing exceptional customer service Coordinating skip-tracing to investigative and re-establish contact with customers Managing debt recovery and negotiating solutions with challenging customers Assessing, reviewing and analysing documents relating to customer collection status and ageing reports Understanding of hardship and legal aspects of recoveries The Candidate The successful candidate will be considered with: A proven track record with a minimum of 1-2 years collections experience or similar call centre or customer service experience Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written A strong relationship builder and influencer You will be target driven and a team player Remuneration and Benefit My client provides a number of benefits including but not limited to the following: Attractive salary of $75,000 Package Supportive and fun team Sydney CBD Location close to train station Industry Leading company Attractive Monthly bonuses Company incentive scheme
