Senior SAP Project Manager - Consulting $165k 13% super 6 monthly bonus Melbourne CBD / Hybrid Permanent Position About the Role This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP Senior Project Manager to join a well established consulting organisation delivering complex transformation programs for a diverse client base. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SAP projects across multiple clients, leading implementations from planning through to successful delivery. You will manage a variety of different projects – small, medium, and large – while building strong stakeholder relationships at senior client levels and supporting project managers within the internal team. The role is supported by an established PMO and requires someone who can operate autonomously, think ahead, and proactively manage risks, budgets, and delivery outcomes across multiple programs. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from planning through to delivery Lead medium and large scale SAP programs across multiple client environments Provide clear financial oversight across projects including budgets, costs, margins, and forecasting Deliver clear and structured reporting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership Identify risks and issues early and provide mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery Establish and maintain governance frameworks and structured delivery methodologies Coordinate internal teams, delivery partners, and client stakeholders Ensure high-quality delivery outcomes across all project streams Mentor and support project managers within the team to drive successful client outcomes Required Experience Over 8 years hands-on project management experience delivering SAP ERP or SAP SuccessFactors implementations At least 5 years leading medium to large scale SAP implementation programs Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a consulting or client-facing environment Strong financial management capability including project budgeting, cost control, and reporting Proven experience in studying and implementing recognised project management methodologies Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring other project managers Strong knowledge of the broader SAP ecosystem and roadmap Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Australian working rights Desirable: Experience delivering Qualtrics implementations SAP Activate for Agile Implementation Management certification Other SAP/ERP qualifications/certificates
