About the Role We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect – Infrastructure & Cloud to join our IT team and lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of our server, cloud, and application environments across the Sanitarium group. You will be responsible for the architecture, planning and support of infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring high quality outcomes while aligning solutions with business needs and IT strategic direction. You will be working closely with the Lead Solution Architect and the Solution Architect of Networks in developing complete solutions that meet Sanitarium requirements and Internal standards. This pivotal role will suit someone passionate about modern infrastructure, cloud technologies, and delivering secure, scalable solutions. What You’ll Do Lead solution architecture activities across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, on-premise infrastructure, identity, and hybrid environments. Design and implement solutions involving Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Hyper-V, VMware, and Exchange Hybrid. Provide expert consulting to projects, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and securely. Support complex cloud and infrastructure issues, performing analysis and recommending SMART solutions. Maintain strong governance over asset management and infrastructure security. Stay up to date with technology trends and pursue relevant professional development. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in cloud or infrastructure architecture/engineering. Strong experience across Microsoft Azure (PaaS/IaaS), identity platforms, Microsoft 365, SQL Server and virtualisation technologies. Demonstrated experience with SaaS, on-premise integrations, authentication methods and certificate infrastructure. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience Microsoft certifications are highly regarded. Exceptional communication, problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills. A strong customer service focus and commitment to quality.
