We are partnering with a well-established and growing construction business to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Logan . Projects span commercial buildings, education and government facilities, industrial developments, social and affordable housing, and mixed-use projects . This is a business known for strong systems, quality delivery, and long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors. YOUR role You will take ownership of projects from award through to completion, leading site and commercial teams to deliver safe, profitable and high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end project delivery , programming and resourcing Managing budgets, forecasts, progress claims and variations Leading Contracts Administrators, Site Managers and consultants Client and stakeholder management Risk management, value engineering and problem solving Ensuring WHS, quality and programme objectives are met YOUR experience Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager Strong leadership and communication skills Sound commercial and contractual knowledge Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines Proficient with construction management systems Degree or Diploma in Construction Management (or equivalent experience) YOUR opportunity This is a long-term role within a builder that offers project diversity, stability, autonomy and genuine career progression .
