We’re not just selling solar and batteries—we’re building a movement. To make that happen, we’re looking for a Brand Activation Specialist who thrives on bringing brands to life in the real world. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. Based in our Torquay office, you’ll be the driving force behind our community presence—making sure people see us, hear us, and want to be part of what we’re building on a National basis. The Role: This role sits at the intersection of events, brand, and content . You’ll take ownership of our on-the-ground activation strategy, working across events, showrooms, webinars, and social content, bringing energy and consistency to our growing brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute brand activations across community events, sporting clubs, retail centres, and local partnerships Coordinate and deliver product launches, showroom openings, and expansion initiatives (Battery 2.0, HVAC, Hot Water) Manage end-to-end delivery of monthly and quarterly webinars, including setup, hosting support, and follow-up Maintain strong brand presence and experience across multiple showroom locations Capture and create real-time social content—filming, editing, and posting organic content on the go Build and maintain relationships with local partners, communities, and stakeholders About You: A hands-on all-rounder who enjoys being both in the field and behind the scenes Experience in coordinating events, brand activations, marketing, or social media content A confident communicator who can engage with a wide range of audiences Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Passionate about sustainability and the energy transition Why Join 1KOMMA5°?
