Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of conference and events operations, from initial concept through post-event evaluation Manage event budgets, track expenses, and optimise resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability Develop and implement operational processes and procedures that enhance efficiency and consistency across all events Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to secure services, negotiate contracts, and maintain quality standards Create and maintain detailed project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule Monitor compliance with organisational policies, industry regulations, and health and safety requirements Analyse event performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction Identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance event experiences
