Job Description Operational efficiency at Lumi depends on getting the most out of our systems and technology. This role is responsible for owning the technical side of that equation, managing and optimising our CRM, building workflows and automations while leveraging AI to reduce manual work and improve speed and accuracy. Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking for someone who can turn operational needs into scalable, technical solutions and drive adoption across the business. The Role ● Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of our CRM, help maintain data integrity, improving configurations, and ensuring the platform supports operational teams effectively ● Design, build, and maintain workflows, task automations, and routing logic within the CRM, ensuring processes are accurately reflected and handoffs between teams are seamless ● Work with Operations Managers to identify repetitive, manual tasks across operations to build and implement automated solutions improving efficiency and reduce errors ● Utilise reporting and dashboards to track the success of CRM and automation changes, and share insights with stakeholders ● Drive adoption of automation across operational teams through clear communication and ongoing support ● Working with Lumi AI specialists to identify AI use cases that reduce manual work and improve speed and accuracy
