Job Description As Sofitel's Guest Experience Agent you will provide an exceptional food and beverage service to Club Millésime guests, ensuring a luxury experience from the moment they arrive. Your role is to deliver personalised, high-end service that exceeds guest expectations, following Sofitel Brand Standards in every interaction. As part of your responsibilities, you will anticipate guest needs, offer tailored recommendations, and ensure that each service is flawless. You will create memorable, bespoke experiences for guests, providing them with Cousu Main moments through attentive and professional food and beverage service. What you'll be doing: Greet all guests promptly and ensure they feel welcomed with personalised, luxury service Provide premium food and beverage service to the guests Ensure guests are promptly served beverages and receive continuous service throughout their visit Maintain clean and organised tables and service areas to ensure a seamless guest experience Replenish food and beverage offerings, including canapé buffets, to maintain availability Use product knowledge and selling skills to promote food and beverage offerings and maximise sales Communicate effectively with team members and uphold Sofitel’s standards of excellence in all guest interactions Ensure hygienic food service practices are followed at all times for guest safety Support VIP guests by providing personalised food and beverage services tailored to their needs Monitor guest satisfaction during service and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
