WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have 3 years’ experience (up to Associate level ) in corporate/commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions) with a 1st/2nd-tier national/international firm or specialist boutique firm; have strong research/technical/drafting legal skills a strong commercial acumen ability to provide practical relevant advice; proven ability to manage client relationships ; are ambitious driven to be the best you can be (professionally/personally) hungry to learn from be inspired by top passionate professionals.
