This is a rare opportunity for a confident and detail-oriented Legal Bookkeeper to join a team that truly understands the complexities of legal bookkeeping—particularly trust account compliance and management. You'll manage an existing portfolio of law firm clients, handling end-to-end bookkeeping and working hands-on with legal trust accounting systems including LEAP, Smokeball, Clio, and Actionstep. This role offers the chance to step into a senior, client-facing position within a supportive and professional team. What's in it for you? $80,000 - $100,000 Super Melbourne CBD office with 2 days WFH Immediate exposure to an existing book of law firm clients Work with supportive, collaborative team Growing, modern bookkeeping firm with a strong reputation What you’ll do: Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for law firm clients Handle trust account reconciliation and reporting Prepare and lodge BAS, GST and other compliance reporting Assist with month-end reporting and management accounts Act as the key point of contact for clients What we’re looking for: Proven experience as Legal Bookkeeper OR similar Strong knowledge of trust accounting and legal compliance obligations Proficiency with LEAP, Smokeball, Clio, Actionstep or similar Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence Proactive, solution focused approach If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
