We require the immediate start of an experienced candidate able to provide operational support across production and warehouse functions to ensure the accurate handling, preparation, and movement of human tissue products and materials in compliance with GMP, TGA, and internal quality system requirements. The role supports manufacturing efficiency, traceability, and regulatory compliance within a highly controlled biotechnology environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of goods coming in and out Preparation and assistance of materials and kits for manufacturing activities Correct completion and filing of batch records and warehouse documentation Maintenance of stock integrity, traceability, and inventory accuracy Consistent adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures Clean, organised, and audit-ready production and storage areas Effective support to production, quality, and logistics teams Prompt escalation of discrepancies, damages, or non-conformances We believe you will be successful if you can: Ability to follow documented procedures and work within regulated environments Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and handling Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and accountability Willingness to comply with GMP, biosafety, and quality requirements Good written and verbal communication skills Capacity to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks safely Ability to work effectively in a team-based, structured environment High level of integrity and respect for confidential and sensitive materials Ability to work Monday through Friday - 7.5 hours per day between 7:00am – 3:00pm Working hours may be negotiated based on operational requirements We are part of EBOS MedTech , which operates in nine countries through its portfolio of companies; Australian Biotechnologies (allograft manufacturing), Cryomed Aesthetics (aesthetic technologies), LifeHealthcare (ANZ medical device distribution), and Transmedic (medical distribution across SE Asia and Hong Kong).
