Plenty of growth, training and opportunity About the role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our team and work primarily from our Mercedes-Benz Dealership at Artarmon . The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. About the opportunity: This is a great opportunity to commence a career in the automotive industry. No experience is required, all training will be provided in-house. The successful candidate will undertake the below: Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts. Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts. Producing quotes for Panel Shops and Mechanical Workshops Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA) Assist with stock checking and order processing Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service About you: Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
