Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cooking of menu items to the highest standard.
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared, stored, and handled correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen sections.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Help with stock rotation, labelling, and minimising waste.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
