AM Eyewear is seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Supply & Distribution Manager to oversee and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on our supply chain management with our Greek and European partners. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in eyewear production, supplier coordination, and stock management, who can ensure a seamless process from factory through to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement through to final delivery Liaise directly with distribution partners in Greece and across Europe to coordinate production timelines and orders Communicate effectively with Greek supply chain (Greek language proficiency a must) Maintain and manage internal master sheets to ensure accurate tracking of orders, stock levels, and timelines Oversee stock management, forecasting, and order fulfilment to support business needs Coordinate international logistics, freight, and deliveries Identify and resolve supply chain issues, ensuring efficiency and reliability Support general operational tasks with a high level of trust and accountability About You: Proven experience in supply chain, production, or distribution, ideally within the eyewear or fashion industry Confident liaising with international factories Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in stock and order management Trustworthy, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts independently Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency and problem-solving A creative eye with an understanding of product and brand presentation Experience with social media or content creation is a bonus What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a globally recognised Australian eyewear brand A dynamic, fast-paced role with international exposure Flexible working arrangements Competitive salary based on experience Interested applicants should email your CV in word format to partners@ameyewear.com Due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted.
