Job Description Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis. This role is essential in delivering exceptional beverage experiences to guests, supporting the bar operations, and creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in line with Minor Hotels’ high service standards. Key Responsibilities Include: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests. Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organised bar area. Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service. Comply with all health, hygiene, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards. Shift Details (subject to change): Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday. Flexible start and finish times. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required. Additional shifts may be available as a Food & Beverage attendant on some occasions. Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $32.31per hour Saturday: $38.78 per hour Sunday: $45.24 per hour
