R & R Hospitality Group, t/a Amalfi on the Coast are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join their team at 49 The Esplanade, Ettalong Beach (NSW, 2257) working full time (38 hours per week). Applicants must have at least 1 years of experience as a Cook and hold a relevant cooking certificate. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following recipes and menu specifications. Assisting in menu development and ensuring all dishes consistently meet our high-quality standards. Maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborating effectively with chefs and kitchen staff during service to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service. Label, store, and rotate raw and prepared food ingredients in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas. Monitor and manage food stocks to ensure ingredients are stored safely and remain in optimal condition. Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and organising ingredients before service hours. Support kitchen staff by offering guidance on food preparation techniques and safe handling practices as needed. Ensure any anticipated issues are communicated promptly to the head chef.
