As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist who is creative, organised, and excited about the fast-paced world of events. About the Role This is a hands-on marketing role where you’ll help promote our brand, products, and services across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with our sales and leadership team to support marketing campaigns, venue partnerships, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn quickly, contribute ideas, and see their work directly impact real events. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Business Growth Support business growth and development through the planning and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote event hire products and services Contribute to marketing plans aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and target markets Market Research & Analysis · Conduct and support market research to identify opportunities for new and existing services · Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies · Monitor and evaluate marketing performance data to identify improvements and optimise campaigns Campaign Development & Execution Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Help develop creative marketing ideas for events and experiential campaigns Assist with photography, content capture, and storytelling from events Brand, Product & Promotion Support the development and promotion of product offerings, pricing strategies, and service positioning Assist in preparing marketing materials including catalogues, brochures, and promotional assets Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison ·Liaise with internal teams, venue partners, event planners, and external agencies to support marketing activities ·Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives with external vendors, designers, and digital agencies Event Marketing & Industry Engagement ·Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events ·Support venue partnerships and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility Website & Content Management ·Maintain and update our company website ·Upload new products, event photos, blogs, and case studies ·Create engaging content showcasing real events and venue partnerships What We’re Looking For ·A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field ·At least 1-3 years of work experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing ·Demonstrated experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels · Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning, and brand positioning · Ability to analyse data and campaign performance to inform marketing decisions ·Strong interest in the events, hospitality, or creative industries ·Experience with social media management and digital advertising ·Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) ·Strong writing and communication skills ·Highly organised with strong attention to detail · Ability to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors or agencies ·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines ·Ability to work both in the office and occasionally at events ·A proactive mindset with lots of ideas ·A person that is versatile and willing to step in in different areas of the business during busy periods.
