Job Title: Bar Manager Location: Chippendale Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide an unforgettable experience for our patrons. Responsibilities : - Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. - Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to ensure high standards of service. - Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions to attract and retain customers. - Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers. Requirements : - Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent knowledge of bar management, drink recipes, and mixology. - Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. - Sound understanding of OH&S/WHS. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. - Exceptional customer service and communication skills. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
