We’re looking for an Administration Coordinator (Plan Administrator) to join a supportive, purpose-driven team. ⭐ IMPORTANT: Applicants must hold a current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check. About the Role As a Plan Administrator , you will play a key role in managing the financial administration of NDIS participants’ plans. You’ll work directly with participants and their support networks to help them understand their funding, manage their budgets, and stay on track with their NDIS goals. You will also collaborate closely with service providers and internal finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, smooth invoice processing, timely payments, and effective resolution of payment queries. What You’ll Be Doing Manage the financial administration of NDIS plans, including budgeting, invoice processing, and payments Monitor funding utilisation to ensure participants remain within approved budgets Proactively identify potential over- or under-spending Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and their support networks Provide clear guidance on appropriate use of NDIS funding Liaise with service providers regarding pricing, service delivery, and invoice accuracy Resolve payment discrepancies in partnership with the Finance team Maintain accurate, auditable financial records Ensure compliance with NDIS legislation, pricing arrangements, and internal policies About You You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have strong numerical and administrative skills Enjoy a customer-centric, problem-solving environment Communicate clearly and empathetically Work accurately and efficiently with financial data Are confident navigating multiple systems and processes Hold a current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory) Sound Like You?
