Our client, The Brown & Hurley Group Pty Ltd, is seeking skilled Spray Painters / Vehicle Painters to join their Service Department. The role involves preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles and components to a high standard while ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures and manufacturer specifications. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and components for painting, including sanding, masking, filling, and priming Mix and apply paint using spray equipment to achieve required finishes Accurately match colours and apply clear coats and protective finishes Carry out refinishing, touch-ups, and rectification work as required Ensure painting work meets quality and manufacturer standards Maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition Follow all workplace health and safety and environmental procedures Complete job cards and required documentation Work cooperatively with other workshop staff and assist with training where required Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a vehicle painter or spray painter Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Assignment Locations The successful applicant may be assigned to Kyogle (NSW), Coffs Harbour (NSW), or Caboolture (QLD), subject to operational requirements.
