Newly created position Hybrid work arrangement Up to 4 wellness days and 2 volunteer days each year About the role This position is responsible for the timely completion of a diverse range of sales activities that support the BDM and Tender teams. This includes but is not limited to administrative support for BDMs, tenders, quotes, residual values, Sale and Leasebacks, reporting and management packs. Tasks and responsibilities Assist the New Business Team, including coordination and preparation of quotations, and orders for new business. Ensure CRM is maintained and used effectively, the data standards and disciplines are followed, and regular reporting completed as required. Assist the wider Sales team with the preparation and completion of quote requests, dealer pricing, residual value, maintenance requests and sale and leaseback data preparation. Assist with CRM and management reporting and ensure accurate client status when setup in the system. Assist with the preparation of relevant reporting and management packs for BDM and Tenders team. Skills and experience Demonstrated experience in Fleet Management or related financial services industry. Demonstrated experience with construct of finance quotes. Sound MS office skills. Previous experience in a similar support role, coordinating and managing multiple tasks for various stakeholders preferably in a sales environment, including the ability to set and manage tasks within agreed deadlines.
