Strategic IT sourcing and contract work Major transformation programme Hybrid work, Brisbane based Sourcing Specialist – IT Procurement This role supports a large transformation programme requiring additional procurement capability to manage sourcing activity, supplier transitions and contract analysis. The position is hands-on and delivery focused, supporting sourcing events, supplier engagement and contract transitions across technology, software and service suppliers. You will work closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance and Technology stakeholders to manage sourcing processes, analyse supplier contracts and support commercial outcomes. What you’ll be doing Support end-to-end sourcing activities including RFI, RFQ and RFP processes Analyse supplier responses including pricing, risk and commercial terms Review supplier contracts to identify renewal dates, notice periods and exit options Support supplier negotiations and contract transition activities Work with Legal and Procurement teams on contract variations or renegotiations Maintain sourcing documentation including evaluation packs and contract registers Provide commercial insights to support sourcing and supplier decisions Engage with internal stakeholders across technology, finance and transformation teams What we’re looking for Experience in procurement, sourcing or commercial analysis roles Experience supporting sourcing events and supplier evaluations Strong contract review and commercial analysis capability Understanding of contract lifecycle, renewals and termination clauses Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines Strong Excel skills including data analysis and commercial modelling Comfortable working in fast-paced project environments Experience in technology procurement or transformation programmes is advantageous Role details Contract role supporting major transformation work Brisbane based with hybrid working Immediate start preferred Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
