We are seeking a procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing, category management, and supplier performance initiatives that deliver value for internal stakeholders and the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic sourcing activities: RFx management, supplier selection, and market analysis. Develop and execute category strategies to drive cost savings and operational excellence. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships through SRM and performance monitoring. Provide data-driven insights to inform procurement decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and regulatory requirements. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: min 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management. Strong experience in RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management. Excellent analytical, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business (e.g., CIPS), highly regarded.
