Our mission: Serving Society with Superior Quality We are seeking Experienced or Trainee Off the Road (OTR) Tyre Repairers. Experienced OTR Tyre Repairer : Increased hourly rates once competent in BMSA tyre repair processes Trainee OTR Tyre Repairer: Structured training in BMSA tyre repair processes Increased hourly rates once competency levels attained Career progression to Leading Hand and beyond within a global icon Remuneration – we offer two options both Mon-Fri: Option 1 – Standard 38 hrs/week with award defined overtime Option 2 – Guaranteed 50 hrs/week flat hourly rate In addition to both options $20,000 annual site allowance paid in weekly instalments Example of total annual package for Option 2 - 50 hr week: $142,000 to $182,000 plus super depending on experience, ability & attitude.
