ROLE This permanent uPVC Window Fabrication Trainer role is ideal for an experienced uPVC window fabricator with training experience, or a factory leader who enjoys being on the floor, coaching others, and improving how products are made. You will partner closely with fabricator customers to ensure consistent, compliant, high-quality product manufacture, providing hands-on technical support, training, testing coordination, and continuous improvement through regular on-site engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a team player who loves training staff, is process-oriented, and excels at window fabrication. It would suit someone currently in a similar role, or a Factory/Production Manager looking to step into a customer-facing position. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular on-site customer visits (approx. 3 days/week) to observe fabrication processes and identify improvements Build trusted relationships with fabricators and production teams Provide feedback after site visits, audits, and technical assessments Deliver hands-on training on uPVC systems, products, and manufacturing standards Support customers with manuals, standards, and technical documentation Troubleshoot quality issues and support investigations to root cause resolution Assess and recommend improvements to factory layouts, production flow, and equipment placement Manufacture sample products and assist with testing of new systems or process changes Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and improvement actions REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this role, you must have: 5 years’ experience in uPVC window manufacturing Previous experience in a training or supervisory role with system design, testing, and compliance in the Australian market Strong professional communication skills , particularly written communication and customer-facing training A relationship-centric approach with the ability to coach, train, and influence factory teams High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels A hands-on, practical mindset with strong problem-solving capability Be punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven APPLICATIONS For a confidential discussion about this role, please call Billy on .
