This business is known for its craftsmanship, attention to detail, and highly personalised client experience. We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Client Advisor (Made-to-Measure) to join a high-end menswear environment, specialising in the final stage of the customer journey. This is not a traditional retail role or full-cycle sales position. You will operate at the point where garments are finalised, fitted to perfection, and orders are closed. You will be responsible for refining garments, ensuring an exceptional fit, and confidently guiding clients through final decisions, including upselling where appropriate to enhance the overall outcome What’s in it for you? $70,000 - $75,000 Super Commissions (OTE: $80,000 – $95,000) Richmond | Appointment-based, high-volume showroom Premium product offering with strong repeat business Supportive, team-oriented culture What you’ll do: Conduct second and final fittings with clients Assess and refine garments to exacting standards Finalise orders and confirm customer requirements Recommend upgrades, accessories, and additional products Deliver a premium client experience at the point of completion Work collaboratively within a high-performing showroom team What do you need?
