Duties & Responsibilities Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines. Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements Training new employees and motivating them in their role Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management KEY QUALITIES Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent supportive and leadership skill set Exposure to rostering and people development Have a strong customer service focus Professional, upbeat and friendly personality Exceptional attention to detail Positive and flexible attitude Highest level of presentation and grooming standards Fantastic people management skills and professional nature Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed Innovative - proven experience of genuinely implementing new ideas WHY JOIN US?
